  • KYSA will enter its 4th Season under SAY Soccer, a U.S. Soccer affiliated national governing body that has supported thousands of soccer programs since 1967.

    Coaches must contact their clubʻs Director or DOC. Team registration will be completed by each clubʻs representative with the league.

    Club Registrars are to submit Team Rosters and updates to KYSA by the Thursday prior to the weekend scheduled game. Must be submitted using our OFFICIAL ROSTER FORM.

  • Staff registration is required of any non-player Direct Adult Participant (DAP) who has regular contact with or authority over minor athletes in activities within KYSA’s jurisdiction.

    All coaches must submit a Risk Management application HERE or have a current, valid background check that doesn’t expire until 12/31/2026. This is required annually. (Jan-Dec). A $11 fee will be assessed when registering as a coach or team volunteer for background checks through SAY Soccer.

    In addition to Risk Management, all coaches must complete the following three (3) requirements to be uploaded when registering as a volunteer (coach/admin) with KYSA:

    All players competing under KYSA need to be registered with an affiliated Club.

  • US Soccer Age Matrix - 2026/27

    Team Reservation Deadline - 8/21/26

    Player Registration Deadline - 8/28/26

    Registration will open soon. If a player has not registered by 8/28, they will miss the season opener on 9/5. Players will have to register by Friday (7 full days) before they can participate the following week Saturday.
