Coaches must contact their Clubʻs Director or DOC. Registration will be completed by each Clubʻs Director.
Club Registrars are to submit Team Rosters and updates to KYSA by the Thursday prior to the weekend scheduled game. Must be submitted using our OFFICIAL ROSTER FORM.
Staff registration is required of any non-player Direct Adult Participant (DAP) who has Regular Contact with or authority over Minor Athletes in activities within KYSA’s jurisdiction.
All coaches must submit a Risk Management application HERE. This is required annually, so a new application is due for this Spring Season.
In addition to Risk Management, all coaches must complete the following three (3) requirements:.
- SafeSport Training
- HCAMP Concussion Training
- USSF Grassroots Course in their respective age group
